Here at Bow Truss we are always pushing specialty coffee to be more delicious, more approachable, and more cozy. We’ve been hard at work doing some serious coffee science, and now, after months of work, we’re ready to present some of our findings.
Some of these new ideas fly in the face of what we’ve been taught, but rest assured, we have tested these assertions extensively.
